If your friends want to go out and then get a drink, you can still go but need to make the right choices not to stress after. You don’t need that fattening burger with fries like your friends are having. Therefore, create a smart decision and get a salad with chicken. Then if they decide to hang for some alcohol, don’t get pressured into doing it. Just say no, what’s the difference if you hang without a drink. You’ll feel much better after saying no, instead of coming home and feeling fat. It’s self-control and finding alternatives to old habits by learning from your old ones. Never feel guilty; instead, use a mistake as a memory. If you had a pizza, then come home feeling so disgusting, learn to say no to pizza next time.

I am telling you, knowing yourself and surroundings is the best thing to keep for diets to continue. It’s okay once in a while, but remember to get back on track. Be careful, don’t restrict too much, get enough food, but stick to smart choices you see in front of you. Like I said, if you see a menu with buffalo wings, then a salad, your body, and mind are probably telling you the salad. Just make good choices for yourself.
