Let Them Eat Slowly

It is common for parents to teach their kids how to eat fast. Well, no one has hours to wait for their children, right! But, it is important for you to encourage the kids to eat slowly. It takes 20 minutes for our brain to get the message that it is full. So, even if kids are full by that time, they will keep on eating, and binge eating is never a good option. So, tell your kids to chew the food items slowly and let them take their time, but take care of the time here. Do not let them sit near food for hours.
